Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping on our site is for the continental US
only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or out of the country will be added.
Return Authorization must be obtained prior to the
return of any merchandise by calling 800-960-4287 or emailing
within 30 days of purchase date. We will contact you with a return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and the address the the item will be
shipped to. Freight damage must be reported immediately see below.
A 20% restocking fee (25% on wood products, custom items and rigid rear
projections screens from Da-Lite) will apply to merchandise returned.
NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the
manufacturer will be returned to sender.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name or
Company Name, order number, and email address. This information must be
identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please
provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions
in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the
cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or
shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or
phone), and your order was not shipped out, we
will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However,
if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped,
we will refund the merchandise total less shipping plus a 20% restocking
Freight Damage Policy
Obvious Freight Damage
If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with us with obvious
freight damage you can refuse it or make a note when you sign for it with
the carrier. Inform us immediately so we can order a replacement if
necessary. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally
quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. The
damaged product must be held at the original shipping address and in its
Concealed Freight Damage
If you accept a shipment, its your responsibility to open it immediately and
report any concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier and us.
We will work with the manufacturer to assist you in getting a replacement
unit shipped out to you. We will charge you for the replacement at the
originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original for
whatever credit we can provide. If you fail to report concealed
freight damage to the carrier or us immediately, neither you or we have any
Customer assumes all costs in shipping, and in some
cases the cost of shipping back to the customer will not be paid by the
customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a
rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the
customer prior to shipment.
We suggest you contact us to determine whether the
item is indeed defective before shipping. We will then call the manufacturer
and get an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for you.
When we receive the RMA# from the manufacturer we will contact you with this
information and the address the manufacturer wants the item shipped to.
Anchor Audio has a 6 year warranty on their sound systems and can track the
warranty through the serial number. Please have this number available when
calling. If you purchased the item from us and need a copy of the
invoice for warranty purposes we can provide that for you.
Anchor Audio Warranty
Anchor Audio products are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for the period of SIX (6) YEARS from
the date of original purchase unless listed below:
The following shall be warranted for a TWO (2) YEAR period:
- Batteries in the Beacon, Liberty, MegaVox Pro, Explorer Pro
- PortaCom and PortaCom Pro headsets and belt packs
- Assistive Listening and Tour Guide Systems
- Built-in CD players.
- MP3 Players
- Handheld microphones and belt pack transmitters.
All Anchor Audio warranties are subject to the

Da-Lite Screen Company, Inc. provides a limited one
year warranty on all its products.
All products from Draper are warranted for one year
against defects in materials and workmanship, with these exceptions: V
Screen has a 5-year warranty and Cinescreen has a 10-year warranty.
All Lumens Presenters have a 5 year warranty
All Hitachi Projectors have a 3 year warranty
